created this logo while working as the marketing director and graphic
designer for a real estate company located
in Buffalo, NY. This piece was a rebrand from an existing logo.
Our new branding goal was to create a clean more readable logo,
specificially for smaller sized ads and for yard signs. The letters
were specifically planned to be white, and the mark simple. This
new logo was usuable for a sign that was readable
from a distance and in the evening and itcould also
be shrunk
to a small
size and still be legible and recognizable in an ad. |
